Student Support

Bray Institute of Further Education is dedicated to provide all students, regardless of age, ability, or background, inclusive, equitable, and accessible learning opportunities. Insofar as it is feasible and within the constraints of available resources, the Institute works to guarantee that suitable facilities and services are provided to enable complete access and participation.

Student Life

Students are encouraged by the Institute to fully engage in the Students' Union. Each course's students choose representatives for this union. The Union convenes on a regular basis to discuss matters pertaining to the concerns of students.
The Management Team appreciates the Union's contribution to the Institute and meets with its representatives on a regular basis.
Two Union members are nominated to the BIFE Board of Management.

A list of local accommodations for students will be provided by the Institute upon request. Although learners might find it helpful, the Institute does not support any of the listed accommodations or verify their suitability. The learner and the supplier make all of the arrangements.

Career Support

Many employers retain positive relationships with the Institute. Occasionally, we receive information about employment openings from both local and national employers. The Department Heads receive this information, which is then put on the Careers Notice Board.
The majority of the Institute's courses require job experience, and students receive guidance on how to get ready for it. Additionally, students will get assistance with interview methods and curriculum vitae preparation. As part of the Erasmus+ program, students at Bray Institute of Further Education have the chance to work abroad for three weeks or three months. A significant component of the majority of BIFE's curricula is work experience.
