Breda University of Applied Sciences abbreviated as BUAS is a Dutch higher education establishment located in Breda, the Netherlands. The predecessor of the university was the Nederlands Wetenschappelijk Instituut voor Toerisme in 1966 which was subsequently merged with smaller institutions to form present day university in 2018. It currently enrols over 7700 students.
