Bachelor’s Degree and Transcript of Records
You’ll need your completed bachelor’s diploma—or, if you’re still finishing up, submit your transcript with your latest grades. If those documents aren’t in English, French, German, or Dutch, you also must provide an official translation.
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
Outline your academic background, work experience, internships, projects—basically your story in bullet points. BUas expects this as part of your online application.
3. Motivation Letter
Straight-up, tell them why you. Why this programme? What drives you? This letter helps them measure fit beyond grades.
4. Valid ID or Passport
International students must upload proof of identity—a passport scan usually does the job.
5. English Language Test Results
To prove your proficiency, you’ll need one of the following:
IELTS Academic (min 6.0 or 6.5 depending on the programme)
TOEFL iBT (min 80 or 90)
Cambridge English (B2 First, C1 Advanced, C2 Proficiency)
Pearson PTE Academic, or LanguageCert (with specific minimum scores)
Some programmes require a slightly higher threshold.
Tip: If your prior education was in English or from an English-speaking country, you might be exempt—check the webpage for details.
