Student Life

As a campus university, most students—and particularly officer candidates—live in on‑site housing, attending social events organized through dormitory associations, student societies (e.g. Model UN, multicultural clubs), and sports clubs. Wednesdays feature programmed military or language training for officer candidates, with leisure, event and networking opportunities facilitated within the residential community.

Housing facilities (Accommodation)

Most students live in modern dormitories situated on the campus or nearby. UniBw M provides limited on-campus accommodation specifically for international exchange students, while the International Office and Munich Student Union manage a Housing Referral Service, facilitating access to private rooms and shared flats (WG). Short-term hostel options are also offered. Given high demand, early contact is advised.

Located within Bavaria, one of Germany’s safest states, UniBw M ensures a secure campus environment.
