Housing facilities (Accommodation)

Caldwell University offers on-campus housing in three residence halls—Mother Joseph, Rosary, and Dominican Hall—accommodating about 630 students. The residence halls feature traditional-style rooms, primarily doubles with some singles, triples, and quads. Each floor has a community kitchen and a large laundry room. Rooms come equipped with cable TV, data ports for high-speed internet, and Wi-Fi. Mother Joseph Hall includes a main lounge with a private study room, large screen projection, and new furniture. Visitors must wear a "Visitor" badge and adhere to visitation hours, with students responsible for their guests' behavior.

The safety and security of the students are among the university's priorities. There is a team of security personnel and police officers who patrol the campus every day. Security guards are connected by walkie-talkie with the university switchboard.
