Capital Medical University History

Capital Medical University also known as Capital University of Medical Sciences or CMU is a Chinese university located in Beijing. The university was established in 1960 as Beijing Second Medical College and eventually adopted the present name. The university presently enrolls 26,000 students and employs 20,000 staff.

The university comprises of 11 affiliated hospitals which offer a range of services to students including laboratories, surgery centres, libraries, and other amenities.

Capital Medical University also offers leisure and recreational services apart from student services. The campus offers dedicated study spaces and helpdesks to assist students throughout their program.
