Capital Medical University application requirements

a) Online Application
b) Official high school transcript 
c) Letter of guarantee by a Chinese sponsor (Chinese citizen) with evidence of the sponsor’s identity.
d) Copies of passport
e) Physical Examination Record and blood test reports
f) None Criminal Certificate provided by local Police Station
g) Economic Status Certificate and Letter of Commitment to pay tuition fee on time.
h) TOEFL/IELTS scores if the applicant’s native language is not English.
