Estonian University of Life Sciences History

Estonian University of Life Sciences is one of the esteemed public University located in Tartu, Estonia. The University was established in the year 1951 as an agricultural academy. The university was formerly known as Estonian Agricultural University. When Estonia regained its independence, the academy underwent proper restructuring and renovation. The academy was finally renamed as Estonian University of Life Sciences in the year 2005. The University is known for its Programs in Veterinary Sciences.

Estonian University of Life Sciences Programs, Courses and Schools

Estonian University of Life Sciences comprises of eight Institutes and six Faculties. The University offers Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate degrees in the disciplines of Medicine, Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences, Rural Engineering, Social Sciences, Biology, Mathematics, Environmental Protection, Forestry, Technology Agriculture and Environmental Sciences and Natural Resources Management were adopted. The University has many Research Centres all across the nation. It is an associate of BOVA University network.  The University is accredited by the EQUAR.
