Excelsia University College's campus at Pennant Hills features student parking available on levels 5 and 6, with visitor parking instructions available from contacts. The College offers a suite of Counselling and Social Work specialist rooms with dedicated private therapy spaces, and a prayer room available to students who would like to access a private space for prayer. The library, known as the Gordon Moyes Library, provides full academic services for students and staff both on campus and remotely, with approximately 17,000 physical items and 180,000 full text electronic books as well as many electronic databases. Computer labs are equipped with Windows PCs and latest iMacs with audio, video, and theatrical design software tools, and lecture rooms are capable of facilitating online learning with projectors, rehearsal sound systems, and computers for teaching. The campus also includes a fully equipped theatre for performances and concert practice, a keyboard teaching laboratory, a choir studio equipped with risers and Grand Piano, ten sound-proof teaching studios and audio technology laboratories, and specialist equipment for audio technology and multimedia
Excelsia fosters an inclusive, deeply connected community grounded in excellence, care, and purpose. The Student Representative Council (SRC) is a student-led organisation devoted to promoting and enhancing student wellbeing at Excelsia, running and participating in Excelsia programs and events related to student life. Students in each discipline, including international students, elect two student representatives who work closely with their respective Head of Schools to articulate and implement a vision for enhancing student wellbeing and resolving issues of concern whenever they arise. Throughout the year, the student centre is used for various student and alumni events and functions, creating a vibrant campus life with clubs, events, sports, and cultural activities for a well-rounded education.


Excelsia University College offers a Career Advice Service as part of its student support services, including career guidance and job-ready workshops. The College provides resume writing assistance, career advice, and practical training in the form of placement opportunities so students can go out as confident, innovative individuals prepared to make a difference in their selected field. Excelsia's graduates have achieved strong employment outcomes, with a median salary more than $11,000 above the NUHEI average and employment outcomes exceeding the sector benchmark by more than 23 per cent. The institution is committed to student-centred support, industry engagement and job readiness, and offers free masterclasses and information sessions for prospective students.
The below information is required while
completing the university application :
1. Educational Prerequisites: Evidence of completion of the NSW Higher School Certificate or its interstate or overseas equivalent.
2. English Language Proficiency: Applicants whose first language is not English must provide either certified documentary evidence that their secondary schooling or tertiary studies of at least one year were conducted in English, or evidence of English proficiency equivalent to IELTS overall score of 6.0 with no band less than 6.0.
3. Applicants with Higher Education: Completion of a higher education qualification (associate degree, bachelor degree, graduate certificate, or graduate diploma) in any discipline is eligible for admission.
4. Applicants with VET or TAFE Studies: Completion of senior secondary studies or an equivalent qualification with a VET or TAFE provider within the last two years is eligible for admission.

Excelsia College was registered as a University College by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA), becoming Australia's ninth University College, with TEQSA noting competent governance oversight, robust quality assurance processes, strong civic responsibility, and ongoing commitment to fostering a scholarly, productive and safe environment for students and staff.
Excelsia's graduates have gone on to earn a median salary more than $11,000 above the NUHEI average ($62,600), and their employment outcomes exceed the sector benchmark (58.7 per cent) by more than 23 per cent.
According to the Student Experience Survey (SES), 83.1 per cent of undergraduate students had a positive overall experience, higher than the national average of 75.9 per cent, with undergraduate skills development rating at 88.9 per cent and teaching quality rating 88.6 per cent.
Excelsia College established the Lumen Research Institute, with research conducted according to the standards and requirements of the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research and the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research.
