The Bordeaux campus includes a 105-seat amphitheater with video conferencing and demonstration kitchen, two application restaurants, a bar application, a sensory analysis laboratory, a teaching wine cellar, and a FABLAB. The Dijon campus features two laboratories for cuisine and pastry. All facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities.
