3. Interior Design programs, applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency, typically through IELTS (6.0), TOEFL iBT (79), PTE Academic, Duolingo, or equivalent qualifications, although waivers may be available for students from English speaking countries.

4. Proof of artistic ability is also required while a portfolio is not mandatory for students who have completed art related subjects during their final years of high school, applicants without formal art studies may submit a portfolio or evidence of creative work.
