Yes, if your employer is funding your studies, you can confirm the digital authorisation yourself in Studielink using your own bank account number. Fontys does not issue invoices directly to employers, but your study programme can issue you an official proof of payment for reimbursement purposes. It is recommended to request an invoice for your employer well before the first collection date around the 25th of September
