Housing facilities (Accommodation)

The university offers a dedicated Accommodation Advisory Service, which guides students through the entire housing process—from selecting apartments or shared flats to contract procedures and move-in logistics. Berlin campus students receive exclusive access to Edge Student Hub, a modern student residence in Zossen (about 45 minutes from Berlin city centre), offering shared or single rooms and on-site social amenities. Rooms start from approximately €599/month, and options extend up to private studios with utilities included. GISMA also provides airport pick-up services and ongoing support via email.
