The school has around 50 student associations organised through four main offices: the Students’ Office, Arts Office, Sports Office and Humanitarian Office. Students can participate in activities ranging from music, theatre and photography to technology, entrepreneurship, sports and humanitarian projects.
IMT Nord Europe provides more than 1,000 accommodation units across its Lille and Douai campuses. In Douai, the Maison des Élèves (MDE) offers 596 rooms across three residences—Lavoisier, Descartes and Condorcet—with furnished rooms or studios, internet, laundry facilities, bicycle parking and common student spaces.
IMT Nord Europe has a strong campus-recruitment system closely connected with industry. Its Professional Development Department supports students with career planning, CV and cover-letter preparation, interview practice, pitch simulations and guidance on finding internships and work-study positions.
IMT Nord Europe does not offer a dedicated institutional scholarship specifically for international students, but international students may access several external funding opportunities. Eligible students from Vietnam and Indonesia studying through certain Erasmus+ partnerships can apply for mobility grants.
IMT Nord Europe offers a range of engineering and postgraduate programmes focused on digital technology, energy and environment, materials, industry, civil engineering and industrial services. Its main offerings include a Preparatory Cycle, a General Engineering Programme, and specialised engineering programmes.
