List of extracurricular / activities to show leadership, engagement, and personality. 

Goals Statement / essay(s) to explain your motivations, fit, and plans. (One mandatory essay, second optional) 

Academic transcripts / records from all post-secondary institutions and proof of graduation. 

GMAT or GRE scores (or an approved test waiver in eligible cases) required. 

English language proficiency test (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent) for applicants whose first language is not English. 

Letter of professional recommendation (one required; second optional in many cases).

Johnson sometimes grants GMAT / GRE waivers if the applicant’s profile merits it. 

The median GMAT score for admitted classes is around 710. 

Work experience is typically 2–5 years, though exceptional candidates with less may be considered.
