Essential documents required for admission to a bachelor’s (undergraduate) program at José?Simeón?Cañas Central American University (UCA):
Diploma de Bachiller (High School Diploma) – Original and copy of the official high school certificate issued by the Ministry of Education (Mineducyt)
Certificate of Grades for 4th & 5th year of secondary school – Original and copy, required for all new applicants .
Birth Certificate and National ID (DUI) – Original and copy; for foreign students, a birth certificate and valid passport or resident card are necessary
Two passport-sized photos – Recent black-and-white or color photos for identification purposes .
Completion of aptitude tests – Applicants must undergo and pass the numerical, verbal, abstract reasoning, and comprehension tests (plus any additional subject-specific tests required by the chosen faculty)
Proof of payment and admission application form – Includes the application fee, proof of aptitude test completion, and any required administrative documents
