Frequently Asked Questions

Students from outside the EU who are enrolled in a full-time degree program are allowed to work during the summer holidays (July, August, and September). During the remaining months of the academic year, a work permit is required.
The application for a temporary residence permit must be submitted in person, no later than on the last day of your legal stay in Poland, to the Małopolska Voivode. Documents required include the application form, photographs, passport copies, confirmation of studies, proof of paid tuition fees (if applicable), health insurance, and proof of sufficient funds to cover living costs.
