Housing facilities (Accommodation)

HOAS accommodation typically includes shared apartments, studio flats, and furnished rooms, often with utilities such as heating, internet, and water included in the rent. These residences are located close to universities and public transport, making it easy for students to commute to the Tikkurila campus.

In addition to HOAS housing, students can also find accommodation through private rental companies, municipal housing services, or online housing platforms in the Helsinki region. Because student housing demand is high, the university recommends applying for accommodation as soon as a study place is confirmed.
