Applicants must fulfil the general entry requirements, which for Sweden include passing upper-secondary school (or equivalent) and specific secondary-school courses: Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language A + B or 1, 2, 3; English A or English 5 + 6; Mathematics A or Mathematics 1a/1b/1c; Social Studies A or Social Studies 1b (or equivalent professional experience). 

Applicants must meet any programme-specific entry requirements. For example, for engineering or computer science programmes at Mälardalen University, specific prerequisites in mathematics, programming or subject­credits may be required. 

International applicants (non-EU/EEA) must document their previous studies (transcripts, diplomas) and submit proof of English language proficiency when required. All applicants must submit their application by the deadline and pay any applicable application fee.
