1. International students applying for an undergraduate programme at MetFilm School Berlin must be 18 years or older when the programme begins.

2. Applicants under 21 are generally required to demonstrate the equivalent of 80 UCAS tariff points through their secondary school qualifications, while applicants aged over 21 may be considered as mature students based on relevant skills and professional experience.

3. For applicants from India, the current international entry guidance specifies the Class 12/Senior School Secondary Certificate with an overall score of 65% for undergraduate entry.

4. Applicants apply directly through MetFilm School’s online application system and must submit a completed application form, a 500 word personal statement, and a copy of their passport. A current CV and portfolio containing films, scripts, photography, artwork or other creative work may also be submitted where relevant.

5. All applicants are required to attend an interview, which may be conducted online or in person.

6. For English language proficiency, undergraduate international applicants normally require IELTS 6.5 overall, with at least 6.5 in writing and 5.5 in listening, reading and speaking, or an accepted equivalent qualification.

7. Certain applicants may be exempt if they meet MetFilm School’s specified English language exemptions.
