Mohawk College was also constituted for the purpose of continuing education programs in Ontario communities.

Mohawk College – Bachelor's Program Admission Requirements

General Admission Criteria:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent

Grade 12 English (U, M, or C level) is required

Mature applicants (19+ years old) can apply if they do not meet standard requirements

Additional subject requirements may apply based on the chosen program

English Language Proficiency (For Non-Native Speakers):

Accepted Tests & Minimum Scores:

IELTS: Overall 6.5, no band below 6.0

TOEFL iBT: Overall 90, minimum 22 in Reading, Listening, and Speaking, and 24 in Writing

Other Tests: Duolingo, CAEL, CEFR, CLBT, iTEP, LanguageCert Academic, or PTE (check Mohawk’s website for details)

Alternative Pathway: Applicants without test results may be required to take Mohawk’s English Proficiency Test
