Yes for non-English educated applicants: IELTS 5.5+ (Diploma) or 6.0+ (Degree), or TOEFL iBT 71+. Singaporean A-level holders/GCE ‘O’ Level English (Grade C6+) are exempt.
Diploma/Bachelor’s: March 31 (August intake), October 31 (January intake). Master’s: Rolling admissions but apply 3 months before start. Late submissions require approval.
