You need a recognized undergraduate degree (Licence) in a relevant field—e.g., philosophy, sociology, languages—matched to your intended master’s discipline
Official transcripts and diplomas
Applicants must upload digital copies of all post-baccalaureate transcripts and diplomas (each semester’s record and final degree), plus the baccalauréat diploma .
Curriculum vitae and motivation letter
A detailed CV and a thoughtful letter of motivation—including your academic/professional goals—are required uploads
Language proficiency
Non-French nationals must demonstrate French proficiency at a C1 level (via DELF/C1 or equivalent). For those whose previous studies were in French, official certification isn’t needed
Letters of recommendation
Including one or more recommendation letters—ideally with class ranking or assessments—is strongly encouraged
Application via MonMaster or eCandidat
For Master?1, applications open on MonMaster (late Feb–Mar) with an exam/interview window in April–May.
For Master?2, applications go through eCandidat (April–July, with a supplementary period until late September)
