– Completion of high school (or equivalent) with official transcripts.
– GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale (some programs may require more).

English Proficiency (for international students):
– TOEFL: Minimum 68 iBT
– IELTS: Minimum 6.0 overall
– Duolingo: 100+ accepted
– Students not meeting the English requirement may join PSU’s English Language Program (ELI).

Standardized Tests (optional):
– ACT or SAT scores (mostly optional for international applicants).

Application Requirements:

– Application fee (around USD $60).
– Copy of passport bio page.
– Proof of financial support (bank statement or sponsor letter).
