High School Diploma: Equivalent to U.S. 12th grade with college-prep coursework

Minimum GPA: 3.0/4.0 (3.3+ recommended for competitive programs)

Transcripts: Official records with English translations (NACES evaluation required for non-U.S. systems)

2. English Proficiency (One of These)

TOEFL iBT: 80

IELTS: 6.5

Duolingo: 105

SAT ERW: 550+

ACT English: 21+

Completion of ELS 112 or SJU's English Bridge Program

Conditional admission available for scores below requirements

3. Standardized Tests (Test-Optional)

SAT/ACT not required but accepted for scholarship consideration

Middle 50% of admitted students:

SAT: 1150-1320

ACT: 24-30

4. Required Documents

Common Application or SJU Application ($50 fee waived for international applicants)

Personal essay (250-650 words)

1 Teacher Recommendation

Counselor report (if available)

Passport copy

Financial certification ($65,000 USD for I-20)
