Additionally, the iMLearning program equips incoming undergraduate students with devices, while the HIVE (Hub for Innovators, Veterans and Entrepreneurs) offers a collaborative space in a historic armory building dating back to 1940.

Upper-class students have access to East Campus Commons, Edwards Residential Village, Romine Living Center, The Village, and Vaden Campus Commons. Graduate students can find accommodations in Solenberger Hall, a historic building in downtown Winchester offering apartment-style living. The University Inn also serves as housing for participants in the Conservatory, while The Village Apartments provides juniors and seniors with a non-traditional, apartment-style living arrangement.

Shenandoah University keeps safety as a priority. The University's Police Department provides 24/7 assistance to deter crime, increase personal safety, and build security. A security desk is located in the lobby of each residence hall, which assists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure the safety and identification of those entering and leaving the campus buildings.
