SWU offers three types of rooms for international students: Single-room: CNY 7,000 per person per semester or CNY 12,000 per person per year. Double-room: CNY 5,000 per person per semester or CNY 9,000 per person per year. Quad-room: CNY 3,500 per person per semester or CNY 6,000 per person per year. There are also on-campus and off-campus rental housing options available.
Yes, international students can opt for either on-campus housing (in buildings like Ziyun Building or Zhuyuan International Students Dormitory) or off-campus rental accommodation. However, it's recommended that students stay in on-campus dormitories during their first year.
The dormitories are well-equipped with amenities such as: In-room: Air conditioning, phone, TV, internet, hot water, refrigerator, and private toilets. Communal facilities: Public kitchens, gyms, and laundry rooms are available for students. Additionally, dormitories feature smart electricity and water management for convenience and sustainability.
