High School Academic Requirements
• Four years of English
• At least three years of mathematics (e.g. Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II)
• At least three years of science (with at least two lab sciences)
• At least three years of social studies (history, government, economics, etc.)
• At least three years of a world language or American Sign Language
• Elective courses of interest

• St. Lawrence application or Common Application
• Official high school transcripts
• Counselor letter of recommendation
• Two academic teacher letters of recommendation
• Standardized exam scores (SAT or ACT) — optional (test-optional policy)
• For students whose first language is not English or who did not attend an English-speaking school: submission of TOEFL or IELTS scores

• The university is SAT/ACT-optional — applicants may choose whether to submit scores.
• Self-reported test scores are accepted during the application phase (official scores will be required on enrollment).
• Application deadlines: Early Decision (Nov 1 to ~Feb 2), Early Action, Regular Decision (by Feb 2)
• For transfer students, a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 in prior college coursework is required; high school transcripts are also reviewed.
