Texas Southern University campuses is located 15 minutes from Interstate 30 and an hour's drive from Dallas, Texas State Highway 24 intersects the campus into two separate sections. The major part of the campus is located on the west side of the 24, and a smaller portion is on the east side. The university also owns and operates a 1,800-acre farm and ranch with an equine center located near the main campus.
