Student Support

The DEIM Department's Support and Inclusion Service is founded on the idea of giving students with learning difficulties and disabilities equal opportunities from the time they enroll in college until the end of their academic careers.

In order to determine the best ways to encourage and facilitate active involvement, engagement, and interaction with other students, instructors, and technical-administrative personnel, the Service conducts a personalized assessment of each student.

Student Life

A student cultural organization called UniVerso Giovani plans social, cultural, and athletic events. For many years, it has served as a point of reference for University of Tuscia students, arranging leisure and social gatherings and offering chances for encounters both on and off campus. The association is characterized by three keywords: youth, future, and university. By giving young pupils a voice, the group hopes to show how eager the younger generations are to express themselves. The University Sports Center of Viterbo is one of Unitus's assets since it recognizes that university life is more than just studying and spending hours staring at textbooks. A non-profit amateur sports organization that has been in operation for more than 25 years, C.U.S. Viterbo encourages and supports athletic participation among University of Tuscia students. A gym, two indoor courts for basketball, tennis, and five-a-side football, as well as outdoor grounds for football and soccer, are all available to students at C.U.S.'s sports facility.

Student Safety

In addition to standard campus security (locked doors, awareness), the University of Tuscia (Unitus) places a high priority on student safety through specialized services like the Prevention and Protection Service (SPP), which focuses on health, the environment, and risk management. However, certain incidents, like a recent fire, highlight the need for vigilance in labs and facilities, requiring evacuation and emergency response, so students should adhere to all safety protocols.
