Completed bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a closely related field (minimum 180 ECTS credits).

Minimum GPA equivalent to 2.5/4.0 (varies by program; competitive programs may require 3.0+).

Strong foundation in core chemistry subjects (transcripts must show relevant coursework).

2. Language Proficiency

English-taught programs:

IELTS 6.5+ (no subscore below 6.0) / TOEFL iBT 80+ / Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE).

Note: Some programs (e.g., Advanced Materials) may require IELTS 7.0+.

Czech-taught programs:

C1 level certificate (e.g., CCE exam) for non-native speakers.

3. Entrance Exams/Assessments

Written exams: Subject-specific tests (e.g., organic chemistry, process engineering) for some programs.

Interview: Required for research-focused programs (e.g., Nanotechnology).

Exemptions: Applicants with a bachelor's from UCT Prague or equivalent may skip exams.

4. Required Documents

Notarized bachelor's diploma + transcripts (translated to English/Czech if necessary).

CV (highlighting research/professional experience).

Motivation letter (500–800 words, outlining research interests).

2 recommendation letters (academic preferred).

5. Visa (Non-EU Students)
