The Nicosia campus, located at 21 Glafkou Kleride Avenue in Aglandjia, serves as the current headquarters until the new purpose-built campus in Palodia, Limassol is completed in mid-2026. The new Palodia campus is a visionary project integrating academics, research, and sustainable living, including academic facilities, student accommodation, commercial spaces, a cultural center, recreational areas, and limited retail establishments. Phase Two will expand the university facilities, add a second student accommodation building with underground parking, continue residential developments, and enhance the research and commercial zones. The University of Limassol provides a variety of welfare and support services to help students in every aspect of their lives through the Welfare & Support Services Office. UoL offers in-house support and private counselling for its students upon request. The counselling services provide confidential support to students whether they face personal, academic, or emotional difficulties, offering individual support, groups, workshops, online guidance, and referrals to other support services, all free of charge to all registered students (undergraduate or graduate). The university also provides disability services to ensure accessibility and equal opportunities for all learners. Housing facilities (Accommodation)

The University of Limassol provides guidance on housing and accommodation upon requests, with a large variety of student premises and accommodation available within a short distance from both the Nicosia and Limassol campuses. The apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped, suitable for people coming for relocation to Limassol and looking for their first place in the city center. UoL offers fully furnished rooms with study desk and ergonomic chair, en-suite bathroom consisting of a shower, sink, and toilet and mirror, private balcony, and free internet with fiber optics (Lan Connection & Wi-Fi). International students can receive further support and information on relocating to Cyprus. The new Palodia campus development includes student accommodation buildings, and Phase Two will add a second student accommodation building with underground parking. Current monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Limassol ranges from €600 to €880, a two-bedroom apartment from €1,100 to €1,300, and a three-bedroom apartment up to €1,500.

Student Safety

The University of Limassol prioritizes the safety and security of its students through various measures and protocols. Security measures remain in place such as locked doors, security cameras, and telephones in classrooms. Students and staff are reminded of these measures periodically and are asked to be on alert for unusual activity, which should be reported immediately. The university maintains good working relationships with law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities, ensuring appropriate plans and layered mass notification systems are in place. Students are encouraged to immediately report any crime, suspected crime, or suspicious circumstances to university security or local authorities. The university also provides safety tips and guidelines to students, including advice on never leaving personal property unattended and locking doors when leaving rooms.
