1. International students applying for a Master’s degree at the University of Milan (La Statale) must normally hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent first cycle qualification that allows access to second cycle university studies in the country where it was awarded.
2. Applicants must also satisfy the specific curricular, academic and subject-related requirements established by their chosen Master’s programme.
3. For open admission programmes, applications are assessed by the programme’s Admission Board, while limited enrolment programmes may require an entrance examination or selection process.
4. Applicants with a foreign degree generally need to provide their Bachelor’s degree, high school diploma and supporting academic documentation.
5. Foreign qualifications may need to be legalised or apostilled and officially translated into Italian.
6. The university may request a CIMEA Statement of Comparability and Verification, a Statement of Correspondence through ARDI where applicable, or a Dichiarazione di Valore issued by the Italian diplomatic authority.
7. Academic transcripts and other documents may also be required to verify that the applicant meets the programme's curricular requirements.
8. Language requirements depend on the programme. Some Master's programmes require B1 or B2 English proficiency, while programmes taught in Italian may require Italian proficiency
