Language Proficiency:
For German-taught programs, proof of German proficiency is required:

TestDaF (Level 4 in all parts)
Goethe-Zertifikat C2
telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule
For English-taught programs, proof of English proficiency is required:
TOEFL iBT (usually 80 or higher)
