Educational Qualification

General university entrance qualification (Abitur or equivalent).

In exceptional cases, the university may waive this if extraordinary artistic talent is demonstrated during the aptitude test. 

Artistic Aptitude Test (Eignungsprüfung)

Mandatory for all artistic and artistic?pedagogical degree paths, including Bachelor and preparatory youth programmes.

The test may involve live auditions, music theory, ear training, or video pre-screening, depending on the programme.
