1. Academic Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (4+ years) in a related field, equivalent to a Bosnian pridruženi/pridružena degree (180 ECTS minimum).

Non-Bosnian degrees require nostrification (recognition) by the Bosnian Ministry of Education or the university.

Minimum GPA of 7.5/10 (or equivalent).

2. Language Proficiency

Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian B2+: Required for most programs (university exam or certificate).

Exceptions: English-taught programs (e.g., Erasmus Mundus, some tech fields) accept IELTS 6.5+/TOEFL 80+.

3. Program-Specific Prerequisites

Research-Based Programs (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Balkan Studies):

Submit a research proposal (3–5 pages) aligned with faculty expertise (e.g., post-conflict studies, renewable energy).

Professional Programs (e.g., MBA, Public Health):

Some require 1–2 years of work experience (e.g., clinical practice for Medical Sciences).

4. Application Documents

Legalized bachelor’s diploma + transcripts.

CV/Résumé (highlighting academic/professional experience).

Statement of Purpose (1–2 pages, in Bosnian or English).

2 Recommendation Letters (academic or professional).

Valid passport copy.

5. Visa Requirements

Student Visa (D-Type): Obtain from a Bosnian embassy with:

Proof of enrollment, health insurance, and financial means (~€250/month).

Residence Permit: Apply locally within 15 days of arrival.
