The application fee is £363 for the main Student visa applicant applying outside the UK.

If you are applying with Dependants, it will cost £363 for each Dependant applicant.

Student Life

University of Strathclyde Student Societies are actively conducting various events in the university. The student clubs and organisations give the students an opportunity to learn different skills, plan and execute events and also widen their horizons. There are different clubs in the campus working towards different agendas. Their clubs and organizations cover a wide range of activities and interests, from academic societies, the arts, club sports and intramurals, to activity and event coordinators, and leadership programs. There are 150 clubs and societies in the University. The new Learning and Teaching Building offers a choice of sports clubs, societies, volunteering and job opportunities, advice and support, food and drink venues, spaces to socialise.

Living on-campus always has its own perks beacuse of all the facilities available in the campus. There is a team of assistants who help the students make an easy transition into University life. It is once in a lifetime experience for the students as they get to live with a diverse community of students coming from all over the world. There are different activities and events happening on the campus that one could easily attend if staying on the campus. The residential halls have all the facilities to accommodate the students for a peaceful and a comfortable stay.

Housing facilities (Accommodation)

On-campus:University of Strathclyde Housing services offers a variety of options for undergraduate, post-graduate, pre-sessional, exchange students, and returning students. The students have options like: standard room, standard room with wash basin, standard ensuite room to choose from. The facilities that are being offered by these accommodations are laundry, wifi, car parking and bicycle storage, Strathclyde sports, heating and lighting, and many others.

For undergraduate students: £10,443 to £12,700

For post-graduate students: £ 13,875 to £16,925

Off-campus: The on-campus facilities are limited in number so students can opt for various privately owned apartment near by the University. Student's safety and security is one of the priorities of the University of Strathclyde. They have on-campus over 90 trained and dedicated security service staff on hand to provide help and support 24 hours a day. A new Student Help Zone has been launched in Glasgow to help students who find themselves in vulnerable situations. University of Strathclyde is supporting the venture, run by Police Scotland and Community Safety Glasgow.
