Provide proof of immunization, specifically the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination. This is a standard requirement for enrollment.

4. Program Planning Conference (PPC)

Schedule a Program Planning Conference with your program advisor. This meeting helps tailor your academic path and ensures you're on track for success.

5. Program-Specific Requirements

Depending on your chosen program, additional documents may be necessary. For instance, some programs might require a statement of goals, a resume, or standardized test scores. It's essential to review the specific requirements for your program.
