These agents do the majority of paperwork which is why most of these international students coming from India are oblivious of the laws and regulations followed in Canada.
As a result, most of the students end up getting in trouble for one of the other reasons. While some students have to face deportation because of fake documents, many students end up in road accidents or drown in ponds because of unfamiliarity with the laws. Due to this, the Canadian government is planning to introduce a new clause in the documentation process that will be signed by both the international students and their parents. The clause will be like an undertaking form in which the student and their parents will take responsibility for the students actions and its consequences in Canada.

International students are demanding a change in the pattern where the durability of the test should be increased to at least five years so that students do not have to give the test again and again after frequent intervals of time.

This proposal has been rejected by IITs as they believe that JEE has been the conventional way of giving admissions to engineering aspirants for a very long period of time. Replacing it with a common entrance exam will not be beneficial at all.
