US based Bryant University to offer an executive MBA in collaboration with RV University of India

Bryant University which is the university based in the US has launched an executive MBA program in collaboration with RV University of India. The 18 month program will target the mid senior and senior level professionals of India. Eight modules of the course will be taught by the faculty of Bryant University and the rest of the modules will be taught by the faculty of RV University. The RV  University Chancellor has said that this is an excellent opportunity for Indian professionals to study from a US-based University without even spending a lot of money. The program is expected to offer both academic excellence and practical exposure.

 

80 percent international student studying in Singapore receive some kind of grant

In a recent survey, it has been found that around 80% of the international students studying in Singapore are receiving some or the other kind of financial grant. All the international students who study in Singapore and receive financial grants have to work there for at least three years after completing their education. Around 10% to 15% of the students convert into permanent citizens. Overall Singapore provides a lot of support to international students whether it's while studying or for after work opportunities.

QS releases the list of best cities for international students to study

The QS ranking system has released the list of best cities for international students to study in 2024. Over 160 different study abroad destinations have been evaluated on the basis of various parameters. This year there have been 26 new entries in the evaluation list. One of the major criterias for a city to be considered in the ranking is that it should have a population of at least 250,000 people. Mumbai has been ranked at 21st number in terms of affordability around the world. Overall, no city from India has been able to make it to the top hundred study abroad destinations in the common list. Mumbai has got the 116th rank which is the top rank for any Indian city. Mumbai is followed by Delhi which has been ranked at 132nd position and then by Bengaluru at 137th position.
