Ajman University Background:
Ajman University is a private university which was established in the year 1988 and is located in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Ajman University is the first private institution of higher education in the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf region, Ajman University (AU) is now being recognized as an emerging leader on the global academic map.

Ajman University Programs, Courses, and Schools:
Ajman University’s faculties have been divided into nine colleges; College of Engineering, College of Information Technology, College of Dentistry, College of Mass Communication and Humanities, College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, College of Business Administration, College of Education & Basic Sciences, College of Law, and the College of Medicine. The university offers many Graduate and Undergraduate programs. The programs of Ajman University have been accredited by the Ministry of Education, UAE. Ajman University's B.Pharm program was granted International Certification by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education in the United States. And, the Bachelor of Science programs are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.

Ajman University Campuses:
Ajman University has two campuses one in Ajman and the other one in Fujairah, the main campus is located on University Street in the Jarf district of Ajman. The main campus has 2 buildings; namely J1 and J2. The campus features a three-story atrium and glass walls to inspire creative thinking. There are 56 lecture halls, 56 laboratories, and 204 faculty offices. Administrative and financial services are located on the first and second floors. The J2 building consists of the colleges of Business Administration; Engineering; Information Technology; and Mass Communication & Humanities. Whereas building the building J1 comprises the colleges of Pharmacy, Health Sciences, and Dentistry.

Ajman University Achievements:
Ajman University has been ranked amongst the top 1,000 universities around the world by the QS World University Rankings 2019. Ajman University is one of only 11 non-American universities to be certified by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) in the United States.
