You must hold a valid residence permit at the time of application, have successfully completed your degree, and maintain your main residence in Berlin. You need to provide proof of secure livelihood, adequate German health insurance, your degree certificate, passport copies, and proof of accommodation. The fee is 100 euros. If your application is approved, you will receive an appointment for an in-person interview, and processing takes approximately 4 weeks after the interview
