International applicants must meet certain admission standards at Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS) in order to be considered for postgraduate programs, including medical ones. International candidates must possess credentials equal to GCSE English and Math (Grades B or 6) and UK A-levels (AAA, including Biology and Chemistry), or higher. Additionally, they must show that they are proficient in the English language, usually by achieving an overall IELTS score of 7.0 with at least 7.0 in each section.
