Everything You Need to Know About Application Requirements at Central Methodist University

1. To receive unconditional admission, applicants need either: a) A high school GPA of 2.75 and follow a college preparatory curriculum; or b) A high school GPA of 2.5 - 2.74 with a minimum ACT score of 21.
2. Less than 2.5 GPA and less than 22 ACT requires committee approval.
3. The required high school curriculum includes 4 units of English, 3 units of Math (Algebra 1 or above), 3 units of Science (one must be a laboratory course), and 3 units of Social Science.
4. Homeschooled students may submit a valid transcript meeting the same criteria.
5. High school equivalency applicants need a GED score of at least 2250 and an ACT composite of 18 or above.
6. Transfer students must have a minimum 2.0 GPA from all previously attempted college coursework.
7. International students must demonstrate English proficiency with a minimum IELTS academic score of 5.50.
