As of April 8, 2025, the institution formerly known as Collegium Civitas officially became Civitas University.

For the academic year 2025/2026, the admissions deadline for international candidates is September 8, 2025. However, due to time-consuming visa procedures, candidates from South Asia, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), and African countries are strongly encouraged to apply no later than August 18, 2025 .
