Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 3 years of post‑graduate professional experience (7+ years with managerial responsibilities for EMBA). Admission tests—GMAT, GRE, Executive Assessment or ESMT’s BAT—are required unless waived for STEM/PhD applicants. Interviews are conducted post shortlisting.
No on-campus clinic exists. Students must register for public or private health insurance (mandatory in Germany). ESMT offers external counselling services, mindfulness training, and accessibility support through its Student Services Office.
