Master's Admission Requirements – Graz University of Technology (TU Graz)

General Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor's Degree:

A subject-related undergraduate degree in engineering or natural sciences.

The degree must be from a recognized Austrian or foreign institution.

Application for Admission:

Submit an official application for the specific master’s program.

Language Proficiency:

For German-Taught Programs:

Proof of German language competence is required.

For English-Taught Programs:

Proof of English language competence at C1 (CEFR) level.

Accepted tests:

TOEFL iBT: Minimum 75 points.

IELTS: Minimum 6.0 overall.

Required Documents:

Completed Application for Admission form.

Certificate of completed undergraduate degree.

Transcript of records.

Proof of language proficiency (if applicable).

Copy of passport (personal data page).

Curriculum vitae (CV).

Specific Program Requirements:

Information and Computer Engineering:

TU Graz and University of Graz graduates in relevant fields are exempt from the admission procedure.

Sports Science and Kinesiology:

Must pass a motor skills entrance/supplementary exam.

Teaching Subject Human Kinetics and Sports:

Requires both a motor skills exam and registration for the general teaching degree entrance exam.
