1. Hold one of the following diplomas:
   A secondary education diploma issued by the Flemish Community of Belgium.
   A short cycle higher education diploma (with completed programme) issued by the Flemish Community.
   A higher education diploma (social advancement) issued by the Flemish Community.
   A bachelor’s or master’s diploma issued by the Flemish Community.
   A diploma issued by the French or German speaking Community of Belgium that is recognised as equivalent to the above.

2. Demonstrate Dutch language proficiency by passing the ITNA test at B2 level (since most programmes are taught in Dutch). Conditional admission may be granted with enrolment in a preparatory Dutch language course.

3. Applicants who do not hold any of the required diplomas but are at least 21 years old on the date of enrolment may be eligible for the alternative admission procedure, which assesses competencies through an entrance examination.
