International students can access the China Government Scholarship (CSC) which covers tuition, accommodation, insurance, and offers a monthly stipend (approx. RMB 2,500/month for bachelor’s, RMB 3,000 for master’s, RMB 3,500 for Ph.D.). University‑level awards also exist, with partial or full tuition waivers. Scholarships are competitive and require separate application through CSC and the university portal.
The CSC scholarship at Ludong includes full tuition waiver, dorm accommodation, medical insurance (400–800 RMB/year), and research materials or materials fee. It may also offer a reimbursement upon arrival and subsidizes living expenses. Students often receive an allowed arrival subsidy and follow annual evaluation requirements to retain the scholarship.
Candidates apply first through CSC’s online system (Ludong’s agency code is 10451), then via Ludong’s application portal. Deadlines typically open from November each year and close around late April. After initial verification, approved applicants receive a nomination certificate, admission letter, and JW form by June or July. Successful candidates are notified via CSC after joint evaluation.
