1. For the 2026 2027 academic year, international applicants to ?zmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH) must be in their final year of high school or have already graduated and apply online through the university’s International Relations Office.

2. Applicants generally need a minimum score of 300 in the TR YÖS (Türkiye Exam for Admission of International Students), which is valid for two years.

3. Eligible applicants must submit a high school diploma or graduation certificate, complete high school transcript, passport, identity document and photograph.

4. Documents not issued in English or Turkish must be translated and appropriately certified. TRNC nationals who meet the specified conditions may instead apply with GCE A Level, with an A* in Mathematics required.

5. IZTECH offers 100% English medium undergraduate education; students may take the university’s English proficiency exam or complete a preparatory English year if they do not meet the exemption requirements.

6. Applicants can select up to three programme preferences, and admission is competitive according to examination scores, programme preferences and, where necessary, high school GPA.
